Penne with yoghurt (2)
Instructions
Chop the herbs with the garlic and place in a soup-tureen.
Combine 2 tablespoons brandy, yoghurt, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 4 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper and mix well.
Boil the penne, drain and place in the bowl with the dressing and mix.
Drizzle with more Parmesan and serve immediately.

- 350 g of type pasta penne
- 300 g of yoghurt
- 40 g of herbs (basil, parsley, rosemary)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
