Penne with saffron
Instructions
Dissolve 40 g of butter, add chopped onion and saute, then add 1 ladleful of broth and saffron and cook for 10 minutes.
Boil pasta al dente, drain and dress with the sauce prepared with 40 g of butter, 2 tablespoons cream and 2 handfuls of grain.
Stir quickly, pepper and serve.

- 2 sachets of saffron
