Penne with turnip tops
Instructions
Peel, wash and boil in salted water the turnip greens, drain and chop.
Puree anchovy fillets with a few tablespoons of olive oil.
Boil the penne in salted water, drain underdone, roundtrip in a dish rather.
Distributed above the turnip greens, a little olive oil and pepper.
Stir.
Add the penne with the anchovy smoothie.
Stir again because all the pasta absorb the sauce.
Accompanying wines: Pinot Grigio Lison-Pramaggiore DOC, Orvieto DOC, Castel Del Monte Bianco DOC.

- 320 g of type pasta penne
- 500 G = = turnip greens
- 4 anchovy fillets
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
