Bavette with anchovies
Instructions
To Brown the garlic in oil.
Add the chopped anchovies and de-boned and mix with a fork until they are disposed.
Cook the bavette in salted water, drain underdone, seasoning them with the prepared sauce and chopped parsley.

- 500 g of type pasta tips
- 6 salted anchovies
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Salt
