Penne and shrimp baked in foil
Instructions
Wash the prawns and saute it in a few tablespoons of oil, then moisten with the wine.
You soften the finely chopped onion in oil, then add the diced ham and peas dadolini; Add salt, pepper and bring to cooking the peas (use if anything with a ladleful of hot water).
Boil the pasta in salted water and drain nicely al dente.
Dress with a round of raw oil and pour the shrimp and peas, then pour on sheet of aluminum foil to the bag and close.
Simmer in oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then bring to the table the paperbag.
You can make one large bag or more wrappers portion.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta penne
- 150 g of shrimps
- 100 g of smoked ham (slices from 100 g)
- 150 g of shelled peas
- 1 scallion
- Dry white wine
- A few tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
