Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile, put the cream in a blender, combine the cheese into thin slices and 2 tablespoons of pasta water: mix until a smooth cream is obtained.
Drain the pasta, overturn it in 1 Bowl warm, dress with the sauce to cheese, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
