Instructions
Cook the penne in abundant salted water and then mix the cheese with the yogurt.
Add salt, add 2/3 of the eggs of both types.
Add the penne with cheese sauce and garnish each plate with remaining eggs.

- 320 g of type pasta penne
- 250 g of philadelphia cheese
- 1 jar of yoghurt white skinny
- 1 jar of red lumpfish eggs
- 1 jar of black lumpfish roe
