Instructions
Boil the penne in salted water, drain underdone.
Meanwhile, melt in a baked butter baking dish, add the cream and cheese and let them soften.
Season the pasta with the cheese sauce, add some butter and grilled for a few minutes in hot oven to 200 degrees.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 320 g of type pasta penne
- 150 g of taleggio cheese cubed
- 150 g of cubed fontina cheese
- 150 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 jar of cooking cream
- 30 g of butter
