Pens, olives and tomato
Instructions
Peel the tomatoes, cut them into cubes.
Pour into a large bowl, add salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons of yoghurt, flavoured with olive oil.
Boil the pasta, drain and dress, add the prepared sauce olives pitted and cut into fillets, a few chopped herbs and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta penne
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 50 g of black olives
- Parsley
- Chervil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
