Penne, tomato and ricotta
Instructions
Saute the onion in oil, add the tomatoes and cook for about 1 hour.
Cook pasta and ricotta crumble with a little of the pasta cooking water.
Drain the pasta and dress with the sauce and ricotta.
Add the grated cheese and serve.

- 400 g of type pasta penne
- Olive oil
- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 200 g of ricotta
- Parmigiano
- Basil
- Salt
