Pennette with salmon
Instructions
Heat the salmon in a saucepan with the butter for a few minutes and add the cream with a pinch of salt.
Cook pasta al dente and dress with the mixture, garnished the plates with a spoonful of caviar.

- 100 g of smoked salmon
- 320 g of type pasta pennette rigate
- 20 cl of cooking cream
- 40 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- For garnishing:
- 1 teaspoon of caviar
