Pennette mayonnaise
Instructions
Dice the chicken and the Pate.
Slice the mushrooms in olive oil and the previously boiled artichokes.
Arrange everything in a soup-tureen.
Cook pasta al dente, drain and pour into the soup tureen.
Mix well the pennette with other ingredients, combine mayonnaise according to your own taste, drizzle with a little oil and serve cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of type pasta pennette
- 100 g of boiled chicken breast
- 100 g of paté
- 4 artichokes
- 100 g of mushrooms in olive oil
- Mayonnaise
- Parsley
- 1 thread of olive oil
