Instructions
Make a sauce with the tomatoes cut into pieces in a pan with olive oil and a clove of garlic, salt and pepper.
Keep on the heat for 25 minutes.
While you cook pasta, take a large handful of Basil and blend with mixer.
Fry the Basil in a pan with olive oil for about 2 minutes, then throw the drained pasta, season, add the tomatoes sauce, give a final mixed and pour it in the dishes.
Then add a handful of diced mozzarella.

- 200 g of type pasta pennette
- Abundant of basil
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- 200 g of mozzarella di bufala
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
