Bavette with broad beans
Instructions
Brown chopped onion with a few tablespoons of olive oil, add the beans, sprinkle with a little broth and bring in lively cooking, season with salt and pepper.
Before removing from heat add the prosciutto strips and stir.
Seasoning with pasta boiled with butter and with the beans and complete, as desired, with grated Parmesan.

- 300 g of fave grainy
- 60 g of ham
- 60 g of butter
- 1/2 onion
- Little of broth
- Olive oil
