Bavette with sardines
Instructions
Thoroughly clean and wash the sardines.
To heat the olive oil in a pan, add the sardines and cook about 1 minute on each side.
Place the sardines in a plan and keep the Pan in which they were cooked.
Blanch the tomatoes for about 1 minute in a pot of boiling water.
Once drained, peel them, remove the seeds and cut into fairly large pieces.
Put the garlic and the anchovies water into the pan used for sardines, add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Adjust the taste with salt and pepper, then add the parsley and chopped fennel.
Cook the bavette in a pot with boiling salted water until al dente, drain and place in skillet.
Finally, add the sardines and stir.
Serve well-heated bavette in Zell am see and pour over the sauce with sardines.

- 280 g of type pasta tips
- 2 salted anchovies
- 5 ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of sarde
- 10 g of chopped fennel
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
