Instructions

Scald, Peel and chop the almonds.

Pour the honey into a saucepan, put it on low heat and stir constantly until bubbling.

Combine the almonds and grated Orange rind.

Combine the flour and plenty of pepper and stir constantly over heat until dough is very hard.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan (should be 3-4 cm high).

Allow to cool, cut it into many squares of 5 cm to the side.

Arrange on a greased plate and bake at 160 degrees.
