Peperonata simple
Instructions
Cut the bread into slices and toast it under the grill for 3 minutes, until take a nice golden color.
Wash the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and white ribs and then reduce them to pieces.
Slice the onion and Brown in 1 saucepan with hot oil for 5 minutes, then add the peppers and cook for another 5 minutes, turning them until they often fire and salt.
Add diced tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with peperonata slices of toasted bread.

- 2 onions
- 800 g of peppers
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- 320 g of bread
