Instructions
Carefully wash the peppers, dry them with paper towels, arrostiteli on the grill, let them cool and Peel.
Remove the seeds and the stalks and cut them into thin strips.
Soon after, using a mixer, mix together garlic and Marjoram previously rinsed under the tap.
Pour the chopped obtained in a bowl and add the capers, chopped green olives halves, salt, pepper and a little olive oil so as to obtain a smooth mixture.
Arrange the peppers in a baking dish, spread over each oiled the filling by adding some small piece of anchovy and olives.
Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and still wet with a little olive oil.
Repeat the procedure until exhaustion ingredients.
Finally, bake already hot for about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees and a few minutes under the grill until it forms a golden crust on the surface.
Let cool and serve.

- 4 sweet yellow peppers
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pack of pitted green olives
- Chopped fresh basil
- 2 sprigs of marjoram
