Stuffed Peppers (Peperoni Imbottiti)
Instructions
Carefully washed four beautiful sweet yellow peppers, fiammeggiateli and eliminated as much as possible the skin without damaging the peppers.

Prepare a filling with the bread crumbs, anchovy fillets, chopped black olives, capers, eggs, 4 tablespoons of oil and as much milk as you need to get a soft compound.
Stuffed peppers, then replace the cover with the petiole, cleaned up from the seeds, and place the peppers in a baking pan previously greased with a tablespoon of oil.
Pour the last tablespoon oil over the peppers and infornateli to 180 degrees by having them cook for about 1 hour or until the peppers have not eliminated all the water and it will be dried.

- 4 large yellow peppers
- 400 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of anchovy fillets
- 100 g of pitted black olives
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Whole milk
- Salt
