Instructions

Wash peppers and cut them into strips.

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Put onion and peppers in a pan with oil and salt.

When they are thoroughly cooked, add a little tomato sauce.

When the sauce has dried add vinegar and sugar, raise the flame for a few seconds and shut off.

Serve cold.
