Instructions

Wash and clean the peppers and cut them into pieces.

Put the vinegar in a saucepan and add sugar, salt and spices just begins to simmer.

When bubbles add little by little the peppers and cook for 5 minutes since they were paid the last pieces.

Remove peppers with a skimmer and put them in 2 1/2 pots l pour over the boiling cooking liquid.

When it has cooled add oil until covered and hermetically close the jars.
