Stuffed peppers (3) (Peperoni Ripieni (3))
Instructions
Cut the bottom of the peppers making an incision on the side of the stem and remove the seeds.
Put in bottom of each pepper a little oil and then stuff them with the bread crumbs that steaming with oil until it can absorb.
Add the tomatoes cut into pieces, chopped parsley, anchovies without backbone, capers and sprinkle with breadcrumbs spraying over a tablespoon of oil.
Put the tomatoes in a pan you have anointed with oil and put them in the oven until golden.
