Instructions
Peel and split into two pears, place them in a saucepan with sugar and butter flakes.
Pour the wine and let it cook for 30 minutes.
Drain pears and leave to cool.
Melt chocolate in double boiler and keep it liquid ready for use.
Arrange 4 PEAR halves on a serving dish, fill them with ice cream and top with other half.
Pour the hot chocolate over pears.

- 4 pears kaiser large
- 1 walnut butter
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 200 g of vanilla ice cream
- 70 == G milk chocolate
