Pears in red wine
Instructions
In a saucepan, boil the wine with sugar and cinnamon.
Let simmer a few minutes, then add the pears, peeled but with the petiole and simmer low heat for half an hour.
Remove from heat and let pears cool, then cut vertically pears and open them out, put them on a serving platter or in a bowl and drizzle with cooking wine.
Accompanied, if you will, with small meringues.

- 8 small pears
- 150 g of sugar
- 75 cl of barolo wine
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
