Caramel pears
Instructions
Wash pears, dry them and arrange them a close to each other in a high-sided baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and finely chopped zest of lemon, wet them with 1/2 glass of water and cook them covered in hot oven at 120 degrees.
Arrange them on a platter and decorate them by placing a cherry, with a stick on the top of each pear.
Prepare the caramel with cooking pears, sugar and 1 glass of brandy, pour over pears and serve warm.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pears kaiser
- 1 lemon
- 50 g of sugar
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 dram of brandy
- 4 cherries in syrup
