Chocolate PEAR (2)
Instructions
Put the pears in a baking dish with 1/2 l water, lemon zest and sugar.
Bake on fire.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie.
Drain pears and place them on a serving dish.
At the end of cooking add the melted chocolate and liquor, stir for 3 minutes on gentle heat, then pour over the pears.
Allow to cool and serve.

- 4 large pears
- Lemon zest
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of liquor
