Instructions
Peel the pears, cut them in half, remove the core and seeds.
Sprinkle the bottom of a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of sugar, lay the pears cut in half and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
Place the Pan in a preheated oven at 160 degrees and cook for a quarter of an hour.
Meanwhile, put in a pan with the chopped chocolate and butter melt in a Bain-Marie to moderate heat.
Dilute the mixture with one or two tablespoons of PEAR brandy, stir and mix until you get a smooth and velvety cream and then pour over the pears.
Serve warm.
