Instructions

Wash pears, rub with a paper towel to clean them well and rather thickly.

Place them in a large saucepan, cover with orange juice and sprinkle with 50 g of sugar.

Cook avoids you crumble when, then suddividetele on 4 plates, leaving the sauce in saucepan.

Together with the rest of the sugar sauce, turn up the flame to caramelize and pour it over the pears.

Served warm or cold pears.
