Pears with ice cream
Instructions
Wash pears and place them whole in a saucepan with all ingredients, except ice cream.
Put them in the oven at moderate heat for about 1 hour.
When they are cooked place on dessert plates, cover with the broth and garnish with a scoop of ice cream.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 hard pears
- 200 g of red wine
- 100 g of porto wine
- 200 g of sugar
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 4 balls of vanilla ice cream
