Ginger baked pears
Instructions
Wash and dry the pears.
Peel leaving the petiole attached.
Place them in an ovenproof dish ritte on whose bottom was put 1 cup water; Sprinkle brown sugar and grattugiarvi a bit of ginger.
Bake at 180 degrees by spraying occasionally with sugar syrup that forms on the bottom.

- 1 rub of fresh ginger
