Pears stuffed with cream cheese
Instructions
Carefully wash the pears, peel them, cut them in half lengthwise, privatel core material and arrange on a serving dish.
Next, using a mixer, blend together the gorgonzola, robiola cheese, yogurt and chives, add a pinch of salt and blend again for a few seconds.
Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and stuffed pears with cream curls.

- 3 pears
- 200 g of fresh cheese (robiola cheese)
- 60 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablespoons of nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
