Instructions

Peel the pears, place them in a saucepan so that they support each other.

Wet them with warm syrup made with 30 cl of water, sugar and grated orange zest, let soften a few minutes on low heat, then remove and let reduce to half the syrup.

Let cool and be expected to pour over pears.

When serving, pour on pears the brandy warmed and becomes inflamed.
