Pickled pears
Instructions
Mix the applesauce with wine, lemon juice and cinnamon, nutmeg and grated lemon rind; pour into a saucepan, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, Peel the pears, cut them in half, remove the core, put them in the casserole with the marinade, spolverizzarle of sugar and bake for 30 minutes.
Then place them in a bowl, sprinkle with the cooking sauce and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 15 cl of apple juice
- 15 cl of dry white wine
- 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 4 pears
- 60 g of sugar
