Stuffed pears
Instructions
Cook half-cooked peeled pears with half the sugar.
Remove the stalk, scoop out and mix the pulp with amaretti crumbs, ground almonds, chopped cedar and rum.
Fill the pears with this mixture, sprinkle with the remaining sugar, wet them with white wine and finish cooking in the oven.

- 25 g of almond
- 1 dram of rum
- 2 glasses of white wine
- Candied citron
