Partridges with blueberries
Instructions
Purge the partridges and arrostitele butter for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile Peel the apples, wash the blueberries and boil them in water; then place them in a saucepan with the sugar, the grated lemon zest and cinnamon.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve the partridges with around the cooked fruit.
