Angler fish with capers, garlic and fresh tomatoes
Instructions
FRY in oil with capers and garlic, then add the sliced fish battens, salt, pepper and white wine and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 7-8 minutes.
