Grilled swordfish
Instructions
Light the fire under a pan or iron until the Pan becomes hot.
Then lie down in, one by one, the pieces of the sword that Cook only for minding 3 or 4 minutes on both sides.
When cooked, turn off the heat and then soak them in a plate salandole and pepandole moderately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of swordfish (200 g slices)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
