Marinated swordfish
Instructions
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of olive oil with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and pour over swordfish.
Add salt, pepper and leave to marinate for 3 hours.
Slice the mushrooms and sprinkle them with lemon.
Cover the slices of swordfish with mushrooms and serve.

- 4 mushrooms
