Pesche agli amaretti
Instructions
Drain the peaches.
Take two half peaches, cut into small pieces and join the amaretti, egg yolk, sugar and butter: mix very well and fill with this mixture half peaches.
Place the peaches in a greased oven dish slightly and put them in the oven for a few minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar.

- 8 half peach compote
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 egg
- 60 g of sugar
- 80 g of butter
- 1 dram of liquor
- Icing sugar
