Parisian peaches
Instructions
Toast almonds in oven and chopping.
Beat the eggs with the flour, then add the almonds, amaretti very finely chopped, sugar and the grated lemon rind.
Mix well the mixture.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the half peaches; fill them with the mixture and spolverizzarle with vanilla sugar.
Bake in hot oven for about 25 minutes until the filling is firm.

- 8 half peach compote
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 g of amaretti biscuits
- 50 g of almond
- 25 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- Vanilla sugar
