Instructions

Peel overripe peaches, open them by removing the nub and cutlery each a Cup.

Pour over each a spoon of marsala and let marinate for an hour.

Meanwhile prepared a zabaglione with three egg yolks, a glass of marsala and sugar.

Prep finished pour the zabaglione over peaches.

Before serving, let them freeze in the fridge.
