Peaches stuffed with chocolate
Instructions
Peel the peaches, cut them in half, remove the core and, with a spoon, dig a little pulp on the inside and pick it up in 1 Bowl; stir in half the sugar, cocoa, the zest of the lemon, peeled and chopped almonds, crushed amaretti and the yolk; stir and add a little brandy.
Fill the cavity with the mixture of peaches, arrange them in 1 Pan, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 4 yellow peaches
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of almond
- 50 g of amaretti biscuits
- 25 g of butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 lemon zest
- Little of brandy
