Instructions

Cut the peaches into two parts, following the Groove from the petiole; with one hand holding a half turn with the other half in order to detach it from the heart; release the other half from the heart using a spoon.

Peel the peaches in half and arrange them in jars; Add, for each jar of 1/2 liter, 4 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 glass of water.

Boil for 1/4 of an hour, then remove with a water hose and cool the jars covered.
