Instructions
Brown the meat, add salt and pour over the marsala.
Add the Bay leaves and the Juniper and cook for 10 minutes.
Clean cranberries, soak them with wine, add the vinegar and sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve the meat on a bed of blueberries.
