Chicken breast with blueberries
Instructions
Clean the chicken drumstick, the cartilage and any fat, then dry it well with kitchen paper.
Put it in a dish and sprinkle with the salt and 1 tablespoon sugar, rubbing it well.
Flavored with a few grains of pepper and with abundant dill leaves, then cover with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Every now and then drain the meat from the liquid that will be formed.
When the surface of the chicken will be dry, remove from marinade, and slice it thinly ripulitelo perfectly, like salmon.
Clean cranberries and place them in a saucepan with the zest of half a lemon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Cook just enough for the sugar to dissolve and then puree and serve cold sauce with the chicken.

- 500 g of chicken breast
- 200 g of blueberries
- Fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 handful of coarse salt
- Lemon zest
- Black pepper in grains
