Cold dish at bacaco
Instructions
The babaco slice and arrange the slices on a plate.
Puree the cottage cheese with the ham, diced, add Sage, Basil and cayenne pepper and knead again.
Spread each slice of babaco with the cream.
Decorated the slices with a parsley leaf.
Served cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 babaco
- 100 g of lean cooked ham
- 250 g of ricotta
- 1/2 tablespoon of pounded sage
- 1/2 tablespoon of dry basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Some leaves of parsley
