Dish of meat and pasta
Instructions
Wash the meat and cut it into cubes.
In the lard you gild the onions finely chopped and you add the meat, slightly scottandola.
Then remove the Pan from the heat and season with salt, paprika and cumin, stirring well.
Put on the fire, pour a little water and cook again for about 80 minutes on moderate heat.
When the pieces will become tender, add the potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes, add water again and let it continue cooking over low heat.
After 30 minutes add the tomatoes sliced and when all the ingredients are well softened, about 10 minutes before removing from heat, add the pasta dumplings (the pasta dumplings you can buy ready or prepare at home with a mixture of flour and eggs).
Served as a dish with slices of black bread.

- 800 g of beef sirloin
- 600 g of potatoes
- 300 g of onions
- 40 g of lard
- 20 g of sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 tomato
- 200 g of type pasta dumplings
- Salt
