Instructions
Peel the pineapple Peel and cut into eight slices the thickness of a finger.
Peel the Kiwis and cut into slices the same thickness.
Do the same with oranges and bananas bearing in mind that the oranges to be peeled alive while the banana slices should be passed in lemon juice so as not to make them black.
When you serve dessert, put on a slice of pineapple, above this a slice of Orange and a banana and kiwi and a cocktail cherry.
Sprinkle the fruit with a little sugar, then drizzle with liqueur and serve.
You can prepare the fruit in advance and store in the fridge well closed but it is best to prepare the dishes only when serving the dessert.
For children, replaced the liqueur with orange juice or fruit syrup.
