Parisian style peas
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter and add the peas.
Add the lettuce cut into strips and sliced onions to the veil.
Sprinkle with flour and sugar, salt and water to cover.
Cook in saucepan and covered over low heat for 30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of frozen peas
- 1 heart of lettuce salad
- 2 onions
- 1/2 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 80 g of butter
- Salt
