Peas with carrots
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter and insaporitevi the onions.
Add the sliced carrots and let them soften.

Mix for seasoning, then lower the heat, sprayed with scant half cup of warm water, cover the Pan and let it simmer for about 40 minutes.
Remove the cover, dry any remaining liquid, stir in a knob of butter, stir, switch on the serving dish and serve.

- 500 g of fresh peas
- 500 g of new carrots
- 200 g of scallions
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- Parsley
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
